Tropical Storm 2009 18W Fizzled Pg02

As of 10.01.2009 (Thursday), Tropical Storm 18W had fizzled west of Guam.

As of 09.28.2009 (Monday) at 11:30AM, the JTWC predicted Storm 18W will hit Guam 09.30.2009 (Wed.) around 04:00 AM. Winds are expected to be 50 Knots/Hour with Gusts to 65 Knots.
